On 16 May 2025 Dr Sarah Ruggins claimed the outright World Record for cycling the length of the UK and back, a total of 2,700KM, in 5 days 11 hours and 14 minutes.
By achieving this she made history, joining an exclusive group of incredible female athletes who hold the record for a feat of endurance over their male competitors.
Sarah not only showed the world the incredible things she is capable of, but she also encouraged them to follow their own big scary dreams without fear. To keep going.
