These images were created for Benefact Group, who wanted to highlight the people behind their business - real employees, in their real working environment. The shoot took place in a compact office space, and while time with each team was limited, the goal remained the same: to create warm, candid-feeling photographs that reflect genuine connection.
Most of the people I photographed weren’t used to being in front of a camera, so a big part of the process was helping them relax and feel comfortable quickly. By working intuitively - sometimes blending into the background, other times offering just the right amount of direction - I was able to create a series of images that feel unscripted and real, even within a planned setup.
